CERTIFICATE OF TRADER REGISTRATION FOR EXPORT AND TRANSFER OF DUAL-USE ITEMS (valid till 2023-06-04):

This certificate of registration has been issued according to the Art.37, Par.1 of Export Control Act for the Defence-Related Products, Dual-Use Items and Technologies and confirms the right to export and transfer Dual-Use Items and Technologies. The transfer or export of Dual-Use Items and Technologies is carried out according to an export permit or a transfer license issued on the grounds the Act. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to introduce restrictions and to impose bans on the export or transfer of Dual-Use Items and Technologies according to Art.4 of the Act.

 

CERTIFICATE OF BROKER REGISTRATION FOR TRADE OF DUAL-USE ITEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES (valid till 2023-06-04):

Broker registration for trade of Dual-Use items (goods, software and technology that can be used for both civilian and military applications) between two third parties. This certificate is issued based on Art.37, Par.2 of the Defence Related Products, Duale-Use Items and Technologies of Export Control Act as a confirmation of the right to perform broker activities between two third parties outside EU. Every separate broker deal is executed based on a permission issued by The Interdepartmental Commission on Export Control and Non-Proliferation of the Weapons of Mass Destruction under the Minister of Economics according to the law. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria can enforce limitations in accordance with the law.
